Located south of Wicklow town Blainroe is blessed by it's location on the sea along a stretch of coastline renowned for having some of the best beaches in Ireland.
With sea views from all 18 holes, this enjoyable and challenging parkland course carries the prestigious Hawtree & Son design signature and is recognised as one of the finest courses on the East Coast since it's inception in 1978.
With a Par 72 length of 6175 meters (6800 yards) the course is always well maintained and offers an interesting variety of holes with the 14th played over the sea from a cliff promontory, probably being the feature followed by a testing par 3, the 15th which was part of a re-design of all greens and tees to USGA championship standard re-opening in 2005. |

| The European Club golf course is on traditional links terrain on 200 acres of rugged tumbling sand-dune land. This links has been designed as a strong test of golf, but is playable and enjoyable by golfers of all standards. The course is open to visitors every day of the week including weekends but it is advisable to pre-book. |

Founded in 1895, Greystones GC is one of Ireland's longest established golf clubs. It sits in one of Ireland's most scenic locations, surrounded by the Wicklow Mountains with wonderful panoramas of Dublin Bay.
The Club was originally set around Jones's Hill which still provides the feature hole (7th.) of the course, set high above Greystones town with magnificent views from Lambay Island to Wicklow Head, with the Sugarloaf and Wicklow Mountains as the inland backdrop.
Greystones GC has seen significant development in recent years and now boasts a modern clubhouse. In 1998 the outward 9 was redesigned with USGA standard sand- based greens and tee boxes, whilst we retained the traditional style of the course's back 9 holes. This blend of history and modernity gives an intriguing character to the course and provides golfers with variety and a challenging round. |
