Oak smoked salmon served with herb & onion potato salad, chive aioli
Pan-fried boudin blanc with garlic mash, oxford jus
Goat’s cheese salad served with baby pears, cherry tomatoes, roasted peppers, balsamic sauce
Roasted Mediterranean vegetable soup with basil

Fillet of beef, broccoli and champ potato, red wine jus
Magret duck breast served with roasted vegetables, blueberry sauce
Fillet of organic salmon, potato rosti, baby spinach, lemon and caper butter
Spinach and mixed herb risotto with Parmesan shavings and olive oil
