While Tinakilly House is a true reflection of the Victorian period, our kitchen prides itself on the fine blend of modern and traditional cuisine. Fresh fish, game and Wicklow lamb are provided locally and Tinakilly's own herb gardens supply the kitchen.
Our menu changes frequently to reflect what is freshly available locally and, in old Irish fashion, all foods including breads, jams, chutneys and preserves are prepared by our kitchen staff.
